UK Award Winning Golf Coach
Calum Callan has been coaching golf for over 25 years. In March 1992 he joined the golf professional team at Cottesmore Golf & Country Club where he instantly made his mark as a coach. He studied the game with a passion and passed his PGA exams with distinction in December 1995. He still studies the game and in 2021 was accorded the status of PGA Specialist Coach. He follows many of the top players and coaches in the world and often travels to spend time with them and learn from them. He is aware that there are so many opinions in golf and is very conscious that today’s great new discovery is all too likely to become yesterday’s exploded theory. It is this that makes him a sought after coach as he sticks to solid principles that have been proven time and time again from decade to decade.
A very relaxed and informal atmosphere awaits those at the CC Golf Academy at Cottesmore Golf & Country Club but with over 50 years of experience amongst the 5 PGA professionals, the wealth of knowledge is abundant.
